Delayed again

Tomoko is enjoying a delicious lunch as we speak. Her clinic is known for having really good food, and she is going to get to enjoy it a bit longer than we originally planned, though I don’t THINK she has done it on purpose.

Tomoko has a nasty cough and the doctor has decided to delay her c-section until Saturday afternoon assuming that the baby continues to be healthy. So far he seems to be doing great.

So that is where we are. If anyone sees MJ please ask her to send over a bit of that extra amniotic fluid she’s got.

    You can drop round and pick up the extra fluid this arvo if you like. Don’t forget the strawberry ice cream.

    That’s a wise move. Nothing is more painful than coughing after a c-section. Make sure Tomoko has plenty of throat lozenges on hand. I would get a dry-throat cough after my c-section and had to suck on lozenges a lot to keep from coughing and feeling like my insides were opening up.

    Glad I checked this again. I have been waiting for my phone call. Actually was just in the middle of writing a mushy sentimental post about waiting for the birth of my grandson. Maybe should put off posting til Saturday:)
