Hey, isn’t that Beaker’s Bowler hat? I know he always used to wear it when he went all British. Nice of him to let Linc borrow it so he could look more Churchillesque.

I’m LOL’ing at the beaker’s bowler hat comment. I’m glad to see Linc has the full Churchill ensemble.
